Write your question with following details:
* Your can send message in english, urdu or roman urdu.
* This form is for those who face difficulty in sending queries. Those who send letter via post should follow same process.
* Females should use name like 'wife of ...', 'daughter of ...', 'sister of ...' instead of writing their actual name.
* If both Husband and Wife need to send message, both should submit separate form.
* Females should take permission from mahram before sending message, otherwise write the reason.
* First write letter sketch, then send after final corrections.
* Write Serial No. with each topic, and avoid un-necessary long writings.
* Give reference number of any previous letter topic and write short message where possible.
* In case of non-punctuality in Zikr routines, it must be reported in message.
* Atleast write one letter a month, answers may take (minimum) a week so be patient.
* Send a reminder email, if your reply is not received within 15 days.
* When writing letter, do mention how much you acted upon the replies. And if not, what were the reasons.
